Our Strategy
We use root cause analyses and fishbone techniques to resolve issues such as education, housing, crime and healthcare solutions. Our intent is to intervene in issues looping where every generation is confronted with the same problems such as racism, poverty and drug addiction. When we solution past issues we can move forward to communities of economic wellbeing.

The Forward Project is taking proposed bills to every state legislature in the country for our Safe component of wellbeing - safe, food/water, shelter, mobility, education/employment, health.

Our future depends upon the modernization of our police/public safety. We begin with stopping the violence with modifications to our justice system with bills that will codify the changes we need to stop violence and crimes.

Be it enacted by the State Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America and in the United States Congress
Title: Forward Project Safe Stop -The Violence
Stop Police killings and the Killings of Police
Enact Crime Prevention Strategies

Impact: Prevent police killings/killings of police. Prevent Crime by 70 percent or more,

Section 2. Whereas: We must work to address violence/crime in America. Through the development and use of crime prevention methodologies, thus reducing crime by 70%
​
Whereas: The United States is the most violent country in the western hemisphere. FBI reports 21,156 according to the National Center on Domestic and Sexual Violence in the United States, nearly 10 million people become victims of domestic violence annually which represents 50 percent of police calls, property crimes number over 10 million annually. Traffic:

Speeding tickets account for around 41 million issued annually. In 2023 National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, there were 40,901 motor vehicle crash fatalities in the United States. The number of police officers killed in the line of duty in the US varies annually, but on average, about 140-150 officers are killed each year, according to the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund.
The trend of fatal police shootings in the United States seems to only be increasing, with a total 1,173 civilians having been shot, according to the National Institute of Health. Between 2016 and 2022, at least 1,287 public safety officers across the United States died by suicide, according to a joint report by the CNA Corporation and First H.E.L.P., a nonprofit that tracks law enforcement suicides.
IMPACT
Section 2.1. This act will accomplish the following:
Stop messaging violence as normal. Stop police killings and the killings of police; Stop violence in our communities; reduce/prevent crimes.

2.3 Repeal lethal force law
2.4 Repeal stand your ground
2.5 Repeal point gun law
2.6 Self defense law with visual examples are sufficient for police and civilians
3. Modernize policing
3.1 Increase training education from 21 months to 3 plus years.
Use Norway’s 3 year education program. Norway has no police killings or killings of police.

There is definitely a correlation between the length of training and violence. Develop new protocols that prevent split second decisions; fear for lives.
3.2 Develop non- lethal weapons and AI tools; protective gear - clothing. shields (bullet proof material}
4.0 Public Safety and Community collaboration with Zip Code Crime Prevention Teams
4.1 Surveilled neighborhoods; use of AI tools
4.2 Teach people how not to be victimized during civic meetings
and online/ provide Emotional Intelligence classes on and offline to reduce domestic violence calls (family violence calls represent 50% of police calls)
4.3 To combat police suicides/domestic violence among police and families all personnel must also take Emotional Intelligence Classes
4.4 Policing effectiveness is evaluated based on decrease in crime rates by zipcode and NOT BY QUOTAS
